This course is designed for anyone that has to provide training, facilitate
meetings or present to small or large groups of people. Participants
will learn a lot of the underlying factors that effect how individuals
learn and what motivates them to learn. You will learn communication
techniques, learning strategies, special listening skills and how to
capture and maintain the attention of your audience. Training includes
experiential exercises, lectures, demonstration and self-assessment
surveys.
Presentation Skills and PowerPoint Essentials
(1 day)
The workshop is designed to teach you how to create a dynamic, impacting
presentation from start to finish. You are also taught the essential
skills to utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint to turn your presentation into
a multi-media experience. Participants are video taped doing a presentation
in the program. Feedback and evaluations is provided for areas for improvement.
Listening With Your Whole Self
(3 hours)
The workshop is designed to teach the most powerful techniques and
tools for effective and active listening. You will learn how to build
instant, deep, meaningful and long-lasting rapport with anyone by understanding
and utilizing sensory acuity, language, physiology, gestures, tonality,
mirroring/matching and breathing. You will also learn about active listening
methods.

This presentation is designed to teach individuals how to build instant,
deep, meaningful and long-lasting rapport with anyone by understanding
and utilizing sensory acuity, language, physiology, gestures, tonality,
mirroring/matching and breathing.
How We View The World
(2 hours)
Communication starts with our thoughts, and we use words, vocal cues
and our body language to convey these thoughts. Our thoughts are experienced
as internal representation of what our five senses perceive. We re-experience
life based on the sensory information we initially perceived such as
feelings, sights, sounds, etc. Think about how you remember. Do you
see pictures; hear sounds; re-live the feelings, or re-experience tastes
and smells? We also sometimes assume that others think the same way
we do. This presentation is designed to teach individuals how to communicate
and relate to the individuals in their life in a more effective manner
by understanding their internal representation of the world.
Sales Intelligence
